Hello all, I woke up today and decided that I'm an idiot and If I can't do anything in the house; I do live in sunny southern California, I can do something outside. Yes; running is out. My shins may not forgive me. No; my daily walks are NOT enough to act as the exercise compliment for my diet. However, there is the backyard, and I do have a yoga mat/towel and a wall and that list of short exercise things I could do to just be a little bit healthier.
